    What owner-operated changes

    07 SPECIFICS
    1. 01

      Nothing is subcontracted

The fitting is not passed to a third-party installer. If something needs adjusting later, you call the same number and reach the person who did the work.

    2. 02

No sales team in the middle

There is no commissioned rep between you and the person doing the job, so nobody is working a quota when you ask which material suits a room.

    3. 03

      Built to the opening

Window openings are not always square, especially in older houses. Each one is measured in place and the panels are made to those numbers, rather than a stock size trimmed down on the day.

    4. 04

      The quote is on paper

You leave the visit with the measurements, the materials and the price written down. Nothing is ordered until you say so.

    5. 05

You are not paying for a showroom

There is no storefront to keep lit and no commissioned staff to fund. The consultation happens at your windows, and the quote covers the materials and the work rather than the overhead.

    6. 06

You know when he is coming

The visit is arranged for a time you agree to, and you are told what happens next at each stage — the measure, the build, and the fitting day.

    7. 07

      Most jobs arrive by referral

Much of the work comes from previous customers handing on the number. The reviews carry full names and dates, and the Google listing is linked at the bottom of this page.
